Awareness Campaigns

Campaign is a multi – outreach effort to educate key stakeholders, including the common citizens, the media, policymakers, employers and social workers about the importance of an issue. We have also observed that campaigning results in an increase in case referrals to Sakhya.

International Week for the Elimination of Violence against Women: The 25th November is marked as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The UN makes efforts to raise awareness about the women around the world who are victims of gender based violence.

We organized various awareness programs including distribution of leaflets, talks, sessions, competitions, street play and rally in strategic places.
